Who can join the referral program?
Any Rohy user with an active account can join once referral access opens for their account.
Do free signups count toward rewards?
No. Rewards are based on paying referrals only after the referred person activates an eligible paid plan.
How are referrals tracked?
Each member gets a unique referral link. When someone signs up through that link and later upgrades to a paid plan, the referral is credited automatically.
When do rewards apply?
Rewards apply after the referred subscription payment is confirmed and remains in good standing through the initial billing window.
Can clinicians share their referral link with patients?
Yes, as long as that sharing is appropriate for their professional context and local rules. Clinics may prefer the provider demo flow for broader rollouts.
Can I stack rewards?
Yes. If you unlock multiple reward thresholds, they can be applied sequentially to future billing periods.
